4 Tips to Selling your home

  • Wash windows so they sparkle.

2. Create Curb Appeal. PICTURE PERFECT!

  • The Exterior of the house is the buyer's first impression, whether they are driving past or looking at the home pictures online.

  • Well painted trim, clean siding and a clean driveway attracts the buyer.

  • Seasonal plants in ground and potted flowers bring instant colour.

  • A few displays like a seasonal door wreath and lighting so that people can clearly see the path to your front door.

3. Make the House Move-In Ready

  • A fresh coat of paint inside says welcome.

  • New flooring will put you ahead of the Competition!

  • All neccessary repairs need to be done prior to showings.

  • Fixing deficiencies ahead of time will give you the advantage over the other homes for sale. The buyers inspection will require these items to be taken care of by the seller, so do it first.

4. Make your House Comfortable

  • Warm up your house. Set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature.

  • You can also warm up your house with light.

  • Leave blinds and curtains open illuminates the home's interior.

  • Some accents like red or golden yellow pillows can add life to furniture and add flowers to the table.
