As the weather improves and Buyer activity strengthens.  Buyers are thinking possession dates in the warmer weather, so they can enjoy the late Spring in their next home.


April


Grass is growing, Flowers and Trees in Bloom.  People are enjoying the Outdoors!  .The Spring Market is often the most active for Buyers.  Demand can be the strongest April and May.
